The big difference between a Fluorescent Light and an LED Light is in their energy usage and longevity. Comparing these two types of lighting, requires taking a look at a few key differences.

However, there’s more to T8 LEDs than what’s in the above specs, so what else do they have to offer?

• Mercury Free – Environmentally friendly and require no recycling fees.

• Directional Lighting – Most have 180 degree direction, which results in less lost light as compared to the fluorescent’s 360 degrees.

• Dimmable – Many fluorescents are expensive to dim and do so poorly.  LED’s on the other hand have excellent dimming capability.

• Controls- Flourescent lamps do burn out faster the more times they are turned on and off (occupancy sensors).  LED lamps on the other hand can be turned on/off as many times as you would like without affecting the life.

7 Segment Display Unit

7 segment display unit D1SC-N adopts both decimal (0~9) and hexadecimal (0~9, A~F)) numerical system. Also, the series realizes both NPN and PNP input method to increase user convenience.
