The big difference between a Fluorescent Light and an LED Light is in their energy usage and longevity. Comparing these two types of lighting, requires taking a look at a few key differences.

However, there’s more to T8 LEDs than what’s in the above specs, so what else do they have to offer?
- Mercury Free – Environmentally friendly and require no recycling fees.
- Directional Lighting – Most have 180 degree direction, which results in less lost light as compared to the fluorescent’s 360 degrees.
- Dimmable – Many fluorescents are expensive to dim and do so poorly. LED’s on the other hand have excellent dimming capability.
- Controls- Flourescent lamps do burn out faster the more times they are turned on and off (occupancy sensors). LED lamps on the other hand can be turned on/off as many times as you would like without affecting the life.

Dual PID auto tuning controller
Dual PID temperature controller TZN/TZ realizes ±0.3% high display accuracy by F.S value of each input. Energy Saving Lamps
Yenwell T5 Energy Saving Lamps were developed for higher system efficiency and miniaturization. With appropriate luminaire and parabolic reflector design, the T5 lamp offers higher utilization of available light on the working plane. As far as energy saving is concerned, the 28W T5 luminaire consumed only 25W circuit power and achieved a saving of 40%~50% as compared with 36W T8 luminaire with conventional electromagnetic ballast.
